Mumbai , November 14, 2024: Taking a significant step towards education and empowerment of underprivileged girls , Max Life Insurance Company Limited (“Max Life”/ “Company”) and Yes Bank jointly organized the “Joy of Giving” initiative. Under this initiative, bicycles were given to girls in government schools. The aim of this initiative is to provide a means for young girls to travel easily from home to school.This will give girls independence and facilitate education and brighten their future.
The program was held at Mumbai Municipal Corporation School, Santacruz, Mumbai. Max Life’s commitment to increasing mobility and educational opportunities for girls, as well as providing convenient transportation, was evident. .
By donating these bicycles, Max Life Insurance and Yes Bank are emphasizing the objectives of promoting gender equality , improving educational opportunities and empowering the next generation of women leaders. These bicycles will open many opportunities in the field of education and in life in general for young girls who are facing the difficulties of distance.
