Chennai , November 22, 2024 : Based on the principle of ‘ One Car One World’ , Nissan Motor India has started exporting the recently launched New Nissan Magnite SUV to South Africa. As announced during the launch of the New Nissan Magnite in October 2024 , the company has started supplying the SUV for the international market from its Alliance JV plant in Chennai. South Africa is the first country where the new Nissan Magnite SUV will be available.
Within a month of its international launch , more than 2,700 units of the New Nissan Magnite have been exported from the Chennai port. With its ‘Make-in-India , Make-for-the-World ‘ approach, Nissan Magnite has sold more than 150,000 vehicles so far and has created a unique position in the Indian and international markets. Since its debut in December 2020, the Nissan Magnite has been a symbol of customer trust and has been a success so far.
Given the growing demand and popularity of the ‘ Made-in-India’ Magnite in international markets , Nissan is now gearing up to expand exports to more than 65 international markets. It also includes countries that drive on the left.
